Are you addicted to technology? Do your devices demand too much of your time? and reconnect with yourself at the Dis/Connect Relaxation Retreat this summer.

This retreat, from 31 July to 2 August, in the beautiful tranquil setting of Coed Hills, is perfect for you if:

– you find it hard to separate yourself from technology
– you’re so busy in your business to take care of you
– you feel that life is passing you by
– you’re looking for a weekend to recharge and reboot your body, mind and soul
– you feel the need to connect deeper with yourself and life

The weekend will feature yoga, walking, time in the gardens, cooking as a group, resting, exploring, and talking. You will leave reinvigorated with a whole new enthusiasm for life!

Located in the stunning Coed Hills Rural Artspace, the Dis/Connect Relaxation Retreat allows guests the opportunity to take time for themselves by showing them how to unwind and reconnect with nature.

You will participate in guided group activities, such as yoga and gardening, in order to still your mind, break away from the stress of daily life, and connect with the things that really matter in life.

The weekend will include:

• Walking
• Gardening
• Cooking
• Exploring
• Free time

Your Guide

Your retreat will be led by qualified yoga teacher, Esther Nagle. Esther has learned from personal experience how effective yoga, breathing and reconnecting with nature can be in managing our stress levels, both in our work and personal lives.
