The Marriott Hotel Cardiff is hosting a fantastic gala dinner in aid of the Velindre Cancer Centre.
This event will be held on Thursday, September 3rd and will kick off at 7pm. This promises to be a great evening filled with plenty of rugby chat along with some very famous faces. Journalist, sports commentator and former Welsh rugby player, Eddie Butler will be present along with former Welsh rugby players Mike Hall, Brynmor Williams and Bob Norster.
This dinner will be a celebration of the impending Rugby World Cup in the company of these celebrities. Tickets include a glass of fizz on arrival, a 3 course dinner, fantastic rugby entertainment, an auction and a raffle where you’ll get a chance to win some amazing prizes.
The compere for the evening will be Welsh broadcasting legend, Roy Noble while Dot Davies and Carolyn Hitt will be conducting a Q&A session with everyone.
This event will be incredible and all to raise some serious cash for a brilliant charity. Carolyn Hitt and Karen Price, this event’s lovely organisers, are actually trekking across Patagonia to raise money for cancer patients.
