Now, it’s time for some serious truths! Who, reading this exercises once a week? Who, reading this exercises more than once a week? Who, reading this never exercises at all?! Yes, I thought there might be a few of you out there!
JD is the founder and mastermind behind PT Hero Personal Training and knows of all things fitness and wellbeing. Having worked on a military base in the past, it’s a bit of an understatement to say, that this man knows his stuff! He’s been in the fitness industry for around 20 years and has since started his own business, having wanted to help others become fit and healthy.
He will coach and support you to get you where you want to be. JD believes it’s important for you to set your own goal and will help in any way he can, so that you can reach your goal. JD’s training studio is based in Pontcanna, right in the heart of the Welsh capital, but his training doesn’t end there. Depending on how you want to get fit, JD can train you at the Llandaff and Pontcanna fields, at Bute Park or even in the comfort of your own home.
He says, “I’m not just a trainer, I’m your new best friend and I will do everything I can to help you get to where you want to be. More than that, I’ll show you that you can actually go further.”
JD offers a range of services, from a running club to personal training and a small group training club. In exchange, you’ll receive a private, personal and focused training. You’ll get to know JD as a trainer and as well as a person as it’s important to build that trust into him in order to get results. JD has worked with hundreds of clients over the years so there’s nothing he hasn’t seen before!
You’ll need to be 100% committed to the training programme. You shouldn’t just exercise when it’s time for your session, but also in your free time at home. Go for a run or jog and eat healthily in order to see some truly fantastic results.
JD follows a strict ethical code of conduct and it goes like this – honour, courage, continuous learning, striving for perfection in everything we do.
