The Introbiz Expo is over for another year and what an event it was! We hosted a 2 day Expo at the Cardiff City House of Sport last week where hundreds of businesses all networked and connected with each other under one roof.

During the event, we were raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust and Giving to Pink – two charities that are truly amazing and work on a daily basis to make a difference to people’s lives. During the Expo, we hosted a VIP after party at the Mercure Holland House Hotel, Cardiff where we invited the keynote speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and guests to enjoy a delicious 2 course dinner and entertainment. The entertainment was provided in the form of a fun casino, provided by The Little Casino and magician Bryan Gunton. There was also a photobooth to enjoy courtesy of Top Banana Entertainments and a live band and DJ set.

During the evening, Lara from the Teenage Cancer Trust charity got on stage and talked about her personal experience with the disease – her presentation was highly inspirational and motivational and enabled the whole audience to understand just how important donations are in order to improve the health and lives of teenagers affected by cancer throughout the UK. Following Lara’s presentation, Paul Smolinski, managing director at Introbiz, presented an auction with a little help from Suggs from Madness. Amongst the prizes were 2 tickets to the annual Teenage Cancer Trust Ball in 2016 and a chance to win a Maserati for the weekend.

We are delighted to announce that collectively, we raised over £8,000 for Teenage Cancer Trust and £2,000 for Giving to Pink. We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who donated – your kindness and generosity has made a significant difference to many people’s lives!

We’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone for supporting, including the Mercure Holland House Hotel for having us and to evolve telecoms incorporating theWord for sponsoring this great event!

Thanks again and see you next year!
